Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you will have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make sure you reference your order number and tracking number when requesting a refund/return on an item.

In the event your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for paying the fees and generating the shipping label that is associated with shipping the item back to us, this applies to all of our products.

At Tactical Gear Direct, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund for a product. While we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, it is important to note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund under certain circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Restricted Countries

Most of the countries listed below are unable to ship any airsoft guns/items to your country, Buyer MUST BE AWARE OF the risk for delivering those items to you. If the parcel is getting seized on the Hong Kong border/your local border. We will be unable to provide you a refund in the event that an order/item is seized.

Gift Card/ On Sale Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. (The Return shipping fee will not be included. Once you get the returned product, we will resend the items without shipping cost on our side.


You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
